UU. Desert Sun July 30, 1963 Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 1 p.m. for August Cortissoz, 64. of 71-346 Sahara Road, who died at his home Sunday. Cortissoz, who was an importer, had been ill for some time before he died. He was a native of Colombia, South America, but had lived in this country for 17 years—all of it in the desert area here. Survivors include his widow, Lillian, at the home. Rev. Jack Morrow, pastor of the Desert Chapel, will be in charge of the services, which will be held at the Wiefels and Son Chapel.
